FunnelKit is the most flexible, robust and best integration of crm, funnel and email automation on WordPress—period.

AND it works NATIVELY to WordPress AND WooCommerce. I mean HELL-O

I’ve actually taken the time to install and try out many other offerings, including cloud-hosted options.

    FunnelKit comes out at top.

I actually didn’t want to make this review, because then more people would know about this gem. But their customer service has been so helpful—I just can’t say no, or ignore them when they ask me. Plus, obviously, the more people fund them, the more likely they stay in business of course, but that should go without saying.

I mean, first of all, FunnelKit is self-hosted. WordPress is all about self-hosting. So FunnelKit stays true to that philosophy.

I can hook FunnelKit with my own choice of SMTP and configured smart routing and email provider and have a backup email provider—that redundancy and robustness is TO DIE FOR.

The email automation and funnel builder canvas mode is clunkier and less nicely polished than let’s say SendInblue/Brevo’s builders…. but again, SendInBlue/Brevo isn’t self-hosted, and becomes more expensive with the more emails and higher tiers; same with all the other cloud-hosted offerings.

MOST if not ALL cloud-hosted alternatives become more expensive, the more emails you send and the higher tiers you go. AND because they’re not as INTEGRATED into WordPress & WooCommerce—THAT MEANS YOU HAVE PAY FOR SHIT LIKE ZAPIER or have to manage and set more shit up with N8N or some shit.

I mean there’s pros and cons with where there’s complexity in the email/funnel pipeline… and so you’ll have to choose what you’re willing to do and make tradeoffs in.

But COMPARED TO OTHER SELF-HOSTED OPTIONS…. FunnelKit allows you to NEST CONDITIONS…….. OMFG——————IT KEPT BLOWING MY MIND THAT OTHER COMPETITORS DON’T EVEN CARE TO DO THIS————ARE THEY RETARDED

Really, the downside to FunnelKit is the general clunky ui. And that it does require quite a bit of a learning curve since there’s so much to it. It can accomplish so much.

I also wish their Bricks integration design elements and options were more flexible, and didn’t require as much CSS

Anyhow, long story short, for the price, you absolutely cannot beat it as a package.
