• Configuration didn’t work even though I followed the tutorial. I contacted the customer service and it took them 2 months(!!) to try and provide a solution. The solution they presented ruined my entire website! They said they needed staging site access to fix the configuration, and while they were on it they deactivated essential plugins on my website, downloaded and activated some other plugins and I had to fix all these issues because the website wasn’t useable after that! What a joke. Worst product and service ever

    First of all, please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. This shouldn’t have happened and I can totally understand your frustration.

    Though the issue was not related to ReviewX as we have informed you in the support ticket we have tried our best to resolve the issue for you. And finally were able to resolved the issue successfully.

    Regarding the plugin disabling issue, if you would allow us a few more hours we could resolve it too for you. Please note that ReviewX has over 10,000+ active users so we do get plenty of tickets. So, sometimes it can take a bit of time to get all the issues resolved.

    And, we always take our customers very seriously and fix the reported issues even when its not related to ReviewX. Our recent reviews can vouch for that as well.
