    The author @usersultra is not permitted to support or even deal with complaint from their customers on these forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well. That also includes any topics here to complain about the lack of support as a paid customer*.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    This is not a rule of the plugin author and I am positive that they wish to assist you. But if you are there customer then they can’t support you on this site.
