If visitor don't have cookie with the name _ then don't serve cached pages

    Hello,

    Thank you for a great plugin.

    Is it possible to add one more option to cache exclusion settings:
    “If visitor don’t have cookie with the name _____ then don’t serve cached pages to him/her.” https://yadi.sk/i/D-D-tT0er2Ncz

    We need to serve non cached version of the first page in session to a first time visitor, after they load first page they will have cookie with all the information and then can be served cached pages.

    If you already have features planned for next releases and could not fit this option maybe you could advice what file we need to modify to add this option?
