If user reset password, he will also reset his capabilties

Hey guys,

i use the recent version of advanced access manager on a wordpress multisite site. I have the following problem – step by step:

1.) i create a new user role with specific capabilities for dashboard
2.) as admin i create a new user with this role
3.) user gets an invitation per email

But then, if the user never logged in before, reset his password and log in with the new password, he won’t have access to dashboard. Advanced access manager shows that the user hasn’t any capabilties.

So if a user never logged in before reset his password, he also will reset his capabilities.

Has anyone an idea how to fix this problem?
