if statement on loop not working

    This the loop currently, it’s working:

    I’d like another loop, the other loop is only executed when the category ID is 20. On that category the div class is different so I can style the post differently. I can’t get it to work though..

    This is how I tried it:

    in_category was the problem, it’s supposed to be is_category. Been trying everything for 2 hours but someone on another forum pointed this out.
