Hi @chris-yau,
By default, Cloudflare Images are served from the imagedelivery.net
domain. If you would like to serve from a custom domain, that’s what the option is for. For example, you can set it to serve from your site domain. The domain must be connected to Cloudflare for this to work. If you want to use a subdomain, you will also need to add a CNAME record.
The “Keep media library structure” will preserve the image paths. By default an image URL will look something like: https://imagedelivery.net/<account hash>/18aca3de-f80b-4deb-0926-06951f2a7400
, and with the option enabled it will become https://imagedelivery.net/<account hash>/<your domain>/2023/12/image.jpg
.
Best regards,
Anton
Hi @vanyukov,
So if enabled “serve from a custom domain” that will not use images offloaded in Cloudflare images and will use the images directly from custom domain set? thanks
@chris-yau, the images will still be from Cloudflare Images, just with a custom domain, hence the requirement for the domain to be connected to Cloudflare (or CNAME added for subdomains).
Best regards,
Anton
Many thanks for the information, have nice weekend 🙂
Thanks! I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new thread if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
