I have set up the woo services and added the CC ect to the account, pre-selected which packages I need to use, but I cant get any of this information onto the front end of the site.

I am currently only using a flat rate at the moment, and do not see any way to add the usps prices to the shipping options? I see the notice on the doc pages that live rates are no longer supported for this — does that mean this doesn’t work at all then? If there isn’t any way to use the packages, and offer rates choices to the clients on the frontside, then what do we even need this for?

    Hey @bmighty2,

While WooCommerce Services no longer includes the front-end live rates by default, it does allow you to purchase USPS labels for both Domestic and International shipments currently.

If the Flat Rates are working well for you, then you can use Services to pay for and print the labels needed to ship the orders to your customers. However, if you want to have USPS rates offered to your customers on the front end of your site, I’d suggest getting a USPS Shipping Method plugin to pair with Services.

    Hope this helps!

For the OP: I was pretty irritated at first when I came to realize that the live shipping rates were no longer available on WooCommerce services. I did convince one of my clients to move forward with the purchase of the USPS Shipping Method plugin and all I can say is that, it turns out it’s definitely worth the price. For one, the paid version opens your store up to the entire world with global shipping rates that weren’t available in the free version anyway – that alone could pay for the cost of the plugin. Secondly, the support you get as a paying customer is on a completely different level than what you get here. If you need more convincing, read this.
