Good morning,
I have the following problem, in my e-shop I use variable products. Each product has 5 variatios. If I put a price on the product in all 5 versions everything is fine. But if in some version of a product I do not have a price ( this can happen for various reasons), then in the small product cart it does not show the wholesale price but the retail price. When I enter the big product cart there it shows me normally the wholesale price. Here a picture to show the problem: https://ibb.co/2N5PCqQ

Hi, In my system I couldn’t generate this issue. Could you please provide screenshots of both the backend and frontend where the issue occurs? Additionally, if possible, a video would be even better for us to fully understand the problem.

Hi,

because I don’t have sound on the PC I’m working on, it’s hard for me to explain in a video what exactly is happening. I will upload pictures and explain descriptively. I will also give you a wholesale customer code so you can reproduce the problem when you log in like wholesale customer. You can login with

username: vpoukamisas@gmail.com

Password: Poukamisas

After log in, you can go to “DIESEL INJECTORS” from the menu on left.

As you can see the first injector show one price, that is the retail price (that is wrong for a wholesale customer). The second injector show a range of wholesale price (that is correct for a wholesale customer).

The first (the wrong for a wholesale customer), occurs when the product does not have prices for all variants, but when the product has prices for all its variants all works fine.

I would like either the product has prices in all its versions or does not have prices in all its versions to give me the range of prices that are available.

Hi, I have made the update but the problem insists. If you can take a look agian.

You have the credentials from the back end of the site. Also i give you credentials for whole sales customer to make log in from the front end, so that you can have a more complete view of the problem.

The credentials for the front end as whole sales customer is:

username: vpoukamisas@gmail.com

Password: Poukamisas
