If I can't bump posts, how can I get help? | WordPress.org

It’s been five days since I posted my question about Hew and I haven’t received any kind of help. The forum guidelines state I can’t bump the post, so what exactly am I supposed to do to get help?

to start with, please post directly in the theme’s support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/hew#postform

it might also help, if you break the tags into single elements, like ‘Hew’, as this might alert the theme’s developer.

unfortunately, there is generally no guarantee to get replies or help in a volunteer staffed forum.
