• Hello, I’m having an error when trying to connect my website to my wordpress account, I need to create a pixel to connect my store’s products to my account, but I’m getting the following error:

    Can you please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plug-in (V.1.0.16) and try again?

    Hello, the plugin is in the current version, I removed a previous pixel that I had, and now it appears a tiktok business configuration screen.

    I click on finish but it does not redirect anywhere, and when I refresh the tiktok page in woocomerce, error connection appears at the top and continues on the homepage.

    Here’s the video, I do all the normal tageto but it doesn’t make the connection, and I already uninstalled and installed the plugin to see if it solves it but nothing.

    I tried inserting the pixel code directly on my website between the Header tags, but it doesn’t display any events in the Events Manager, even if I open the QR Code through TikTok.

    Hi @natcorsi thank you for sharing these. For this type of issue, we ask that you file a support ticket. Please ensure you include the video you shared, log files and system status report in your ticket.

    To retrieve your system status report:

    • Navigate to WooCommerce then Status

    To retrieve your WooCommerce activity logs follow the steps below:

    • Select WooCommerce on your sidebar menu
    • Select Status > Logs
    • Type in “tiktok_for_woocommerce” in the search bar menu and select view.
    • Copy the entire log (drag and select all the way to the bottom of the screen to ensure you select and copy the full log). Note that logs are organized by date, so be sure that you are copying the logs from date when you installed the plugin or from the most recent date.
    • Paste the logs into notepad and saved as a .txt file
