Guessing it’s IE specific as in <!--[if IE 7]> in your html
The nearest you’ve got to that is if gte mso
How about removing that chunk of code and seeing what happens?
I would go about it anyway by removing one chunk of html at a time – remove most of the header (except the stylesheet), remove bits of the body.
OR I would go to default theme mode, and see if all the information still appears, and if it does, upload my theme stylesheet and see if all the info. is still there (will look a mess, but at least you’ll learn what information is appearing and what’s not)
