    You need to validate your code. Most likely, your problems will be resolved. There are open tags, etc. Firefox has a way of “correcting” code so it usually looks ok in that browser.
    And you are using deprecated <center> tags.

    You could start by sorting out the validation errors in the theme. If you still have problems with IE when you have a valid theme, the problem is almost certainly CSS-related and you might want to consider conditional comment CSS.
