IE Problems – Forms & Time Lag

I am having problems with my blog in IE7, I am experiencing significant lag time on the actual page (ie. when you scroll or hover it takes a second for IE to respond). I am also not able to get my forms to be selectable (on comment pages and elsewhere). You have to find this one sweet spot at the top edge of a form text area and if you click there it will let you inside the input area (I have found a work around this issue by giving the text box a pre-selected text – my search box has an example of this. The work around isn’t perfect though, if you clike out of the text box, you can’t click back in.).

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!

My Blog – on a Comment Page

I figured out the time lag but am still not able to figure out the forms, I think it must be in the CSS, but I am relatively new to this whole thing. I am basically good at stripping other code and manipulating it to work how I want, but this is sending me for a doozy…
