I’m trying to solve another one of those fantastic IE issues within WordPress sites. I’m working on a site for someone and picking up where someone else left off.
The site utilizes the Easy Columns plugin. In Chrome, Firefox, Opera, the site looks fine, all columns are aligned. When you open it in IE9, the far right column is misaligned, slightly lower then the others. If you force the compatibility view, it works fine. I’ve tried numerous plugins to fix this issue, nothing works. I’ve tried using the <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=EmulateIE7″ /> fix….same result. Has anyone else ever had this issue and know how to resolve it? The site can be viewed at http://1zev.com/wordpress. The theme being used is simply a worked over Twenty Eleven 1.3.
I’ve tried every trick I can think of, even had a few colleagues look at it, and none of us can figure out what’s going wrong. Definitely need someone more experienced.
Thank you very much everyone in advance, I really appreciate any help I can get on this.
