 * From the sticky at the beginning of troubleshooting, I tried downloading the 
   IE-FIX, but received an empty folder. Is there anywhere else I can download it?

 * Use WinZip or WinRAR. Don’t use the built in Windows ZIP stuff, that doesn’t 
   work for some odd reason.

   are working! Thank you…thank you…thank you!!! You really rock and I so appreciate
   your help.

 * I don’t have WinZip or WinRAR, because they are not free, but I will try to pick
   WinZip up next time I’m at the store. I haven’t had this problem before. I’ve
   been using CoffeeCup Free Zip Wizard to unzip files. I didn’t even realize there
   was a built in Windows ZIP.

 * There are reports that 7 Zip has a problem with it too.
 * And WinZIP is free. [http://www.winzip.com](http://www.winzip.com) . Okay, it’s
   nagware, but still, it’s free nagware.

 * Hi Otto 🙂
 * Everytime I download WinZip, it runs out in 45 days or so and won’t let me download
   twice for the evaluation version 🙁
