IE / Firefox Problem

  • Hi,

    on my Computer i get an error on ie (w2k | ie6 sp1) when accessing
    my wordpress installation, on the mainpage the header graphic moves 5 pixel left, not on an article page. in firefox everything seems ok. can anybody please try this on his computer and may tell me where the problem is

  • For a fix on the “3 pixel jog” MSIE problem, see http://www.positioniseverything.net. The site looks fine in MSIE except for the hardly noticeable offset header thing. Until you pointed it out and I LOOKed very hard, I would never had noticed it. So you can either fix it with the 3 pixel jog fix, or leave it. Depends upon how perfectionist you are.

    As for not being able to access your installation, I assume you mean the admin? Without a password (DO NOT GIVE IT OUT) I could get to http://www.ringrocker.com/wordpress/wp-login.php in MSIE without trouble. After that, I don’t know, but at least that much works.
