Looks like that page is missing some crucial elements – like a body tag – the validator doesn’t show good details as it quits with that kind of error – but you’ll need to fix the basic structure of that page.

How did you make that page – looks like a bunch of “stuff” got removed?

IE is notoriously fussy about code errors :(.
