I upgraded to 2.6 last week. Since then the view of http://www.huxleytech.com is completely different when you use different browsers. It doesn’t display correctly at all in IE any more. The FF view is as it should be.
I have cleared cookies on IE and even used different PCs. I have changed the theme to default, reloaded the theme, reinstalled the theme. Deactivated all my widgets, and reinstated them one by one. I don’t have Podpress either. I have reloaded 2.6 completely, including EVERY file. I have backed up and wiped the site and reloaded 2.6 from scratch.
Nothing else has changed on the site apart from blog posts than the upgrade. Has anybody got any ideas before I roll back to 2.5?
    Thx

  • Not sure how the 2.6 upgrade is involved, but if you try validating the site (theme), it has 121 errors. See: http://tinyurl.com/5vr2lk

If you want solid cross-browser/platform performance, you should start with valid markup, and debug from there.

My call, is that it’s the theme that’s the problem.

You are absolutely right! Yes I changed the theme to default at least a couple of times. But not after re-installing 2.6. I have changed the theme and all works well. Thanks a lot!
