IE 9 not displaying site correctly when first visiting site

Some people in the company i work for are experiencing a problem when they first sometimes visit our company site: http://www.ceqonline.co.uk which is built in wordpress 3.3.1

I haven’t had this problem but what I’ve noticed is that some of these people are using IE 9 and I’m using IE 8, could that be the problem?
