Support » Plugin: Memphis Documents Library » IE 11 Can’t open folders

    I’ve setup an Intranet page using WordPress and Memphis Documents Library. When viewing with Firefox or Edge the documents section works great. When viewing with Internet Explorer the folders within the Documents section will not open to show the documents. There is no error, just when you click on the folder names nothing happens. Unfortunately due to software requirements we are still stuck using IE at our organization. Any ideas on how we can make the Documents folders work in IE?

    Problem resolved by adding the following line into the <head> section of the page.
    <meta http-equiv=”x-ua-compatible” content=”ie=edge” />

    To do this I went to Theme Editor and modified the Theme Header and pasted the line in the <head> section with the other meta tags. This disables IE compatibility view which allowed the plugin to work properly.
