 * Hello,
 * I have been searching everywhere for days trying to figure out how to create 
   my own MLS/IDX Plugin. I did find a few good topics on how to create a Plugin,
   and it is something that I had no problem doing.
 * But my main issue is how to create that plugin for the purpose of being a Property
   Search Feature that utilizes MLS/IDX.
 * I have a precise idea in my mind, the design and so on, and I want to be able
   to make it to my specifications with the abilities to search through [http://www.realtor.ca](http://www.realtor.ca)
   and gain all the information necessary.
 * I also do not want to simply purchase any random Plugin, because they are not
   at all designed the way I want. I made the mistake of purchasing a Theme and 
   had to spend weeks going through the Functions.php and the Style.css to make 
   it anywhere near what I wanted. Had I of thought of just making my own theme,
   I would of spent the same amount of time and got better results.
 * So that was meant to clear the air for anyone who suggested to buy a plugin.
 * Now, would anyone be able to provide any help on this topic of creating my own
   IDX/MLS “Property Search” Featured Plugin?
