Does anybody have any tips or tools they could share that help you understand why people cancel orders/abandon carts on their woocommerce store?
I have been experimenting with shipping fees. I am also contemplating using an autoresponder that sends up follow up email to those who have ditched their orders. Very rarely do I get a response!
So does anybody look for tell tale signs that indicate what's happening in the sales funnel that warrants looking at things in greater detail?
