 * I’m trying to identify the following theme as a premium or free theme:
    [http://euroweb-explain.de/](http://euroweb-explain.de/)
 * Any idea what theme this could be? I assume that it represents an altered version
   of a standard or premium theme.
 * Any suggestions are appreciated.

 * I read the style.css file header. It’s apparently not based an any theme or framework.
