    Hi

I am creating a tutorial. Actually going through the settings for the plugin.
Going through Layout tab settings. I notice the same settings for Layout, Performance, Canonical and Timestamps tabs.

    Such as
Title Settings, Description Meta Settings, Homepage Settings etc.

I am somewhat puzzled about the identical settings used in multiple tabs…

    I assume I have missed something….

    Version 4.2.5.
Testing using a local host site.

    Hi Paal,

I’m happy to see you’re trialing TSF.

You’ve probably encountered a plugin conflict: TSF’s administration scripts cannot load because the footer isn’t loaded due to a “fatal error” in PHP.

Unpuzzling the cause: The tabs are written in plain HTML and CSS for excellent keyboard accessibility. Only when JavaScript is enabled in the browser their content assignment is in JavaScript. TSF recognizes whether JS is enabled early; after that, it expects those scripts to be present for tab switching; without them, switching won’t occur. Assuming there’s a crash, these scripts aren’t available.

Please see if deactivating other plugins or changing the theme resolves the issue. If you find a plugin or theme conflict, please let me know, and I shall investigate the issue’s root.

If you can’t find a conflict, then perhaps your browser cannot process the semi-modern language we use. But I think this is unlikely. Still, see if switching to another browser like Edge, Chrome, or Firefox helps.
