[Resolved] Idea/Request: Custom classes for each Content Block

  • Hi Johan,

I came up with another “nice to have” feature during developing a site: having the possibility to assign a custom class to every content block would be great.
Of course there is the possibility to assign a class to the whole widget area on creating that, but in some cases that’s not enough.

    Just a thought.

    Hi Philipp,

All content blocks that you insert to the widget areas on your site will get a unique ID such as id="custom_post_widget-17" which allows you to style them individually.

If you are using the shortcode you can add the parameter ‘class’ to it and choose your own style like this: [content_block id=198 class=thisismyownclass]

    I hope this helps!

Wasn’t aware of that. It does help a lot, thanks!
