    Hello, a customer paid with your plugin through the dutch iDEAL system.
    The order was set to “pending payment”.
    No trace of the payment in our PayPal account.
    Money was drawn from the customers bank account.
    How to proceed? How the get the money back?

    this forum supports the technical functioning of the plugin, the issue you are describing seems to be a failure of PayPal to properly progressing the payment. I can only advise you to get in contact with PayPal and provided them with the details that your customer provided you so that they can trace the payment and correct their mistake.

    Our plugin only provides the details required for the transaction to PayPal after which they handle all further aspects of the payment. The only thing our plugin receives back is the messaging if the payment was made successfully or not. As you might understand, we cannot do much for individual payments, those need to be investigated by PayPal.
