# ID Not working

 * The Stripe Plan ID will not work in either Live or Test mode, it says no such
   plan.

 * Sorry to hear that, let’s see if we can get it to work for you. Have you double
   checked that the Plan ID strings are identical, including checking for white 
   space ? Are your API keys also correct ?

 * Hi, I have the same problem.
    I have made sure the id is the same. And that the
   keys are correct. I have renewed them twice .. Can you help me?
