ID Attribute

I seem to be having an issue when using the ID attribute in Firefox. What happens is when I click on a link to go to that ID, the text is expanded but the page has scrolled too far down and you don’t see the expanded text until you scroll back up. It does this for some items and not for others. I’ve tested with IE and Chrome and they work correctly it seems to only be Firefox that has the issue. I’ve got Firefox 30.0, IE 11, and Chrome 35.0
