ICS Import from OUTLOOK not working

Since a few days/weeks (I’ve only realized it today), my ICS-Import from outlook is not working anymore.
With the manual import over the booking-calendar-plugin I get following message:
[WPBM Error] Could not download URL https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/903caf88edac4fae871f39659b40e00d@lifecoaching-regensburg.de/55719bb1b8e546fdacdba772f7daae8910273331494395816898/calendar.ics
With the import over the booking-manager-plugin I get this error message:

The import via cronjob (website https://dominik-feucht.de/ics-import) shows only 0 imported bookings (I’ve created a few todays to test the import)
Can you help me please?
