Thanks Ben…how will we know it’s fixed?

No problem. On the plugins page you will see a notification about a possible upgrade, upgrade and bug will be fixed πŸ˜‰

Any idea on when the plugin will be fixed?
And will any events imported while it’s broke be fixed and updated when the plugin is fixed, or will they still be broken?

I also have issue with the .ics

My newly imported events are imported as published (with their URL) but when you enter the link you will get a blank page. only after I “edit” the event and clicking the “update” button they are showing normal.

Is that the same issue you having @brin ?

My events are importing into the database but they’re missing the designated category and not displaying on the calendar. Is that part of the bug?

bifriedman, i was ripping my hair out yesterday trying to figure out what was causing the issue, but that’s the problem that i was having.

fortunately i stumbled upon this post, but you’d think the folks at time.ly would actually update their blog that’s integrated into the plugin dashboard. would have saved me… ohh…. maybe 4 hours of debugging :/

5 days later and this bug is not fixed? This is a big concern. πŸ™
    Any news on this, Benjamin?

So is it time to abort?

I know this is a free plugin, but lots of us definitely rely on it both personally and professionally. I sincerely hope a fix is coming very soon – it’s been at least a week since WordPress 4.4 broke the feed import. C’mon guys – please help us out!

I’ve been forced to use Google Calendar embed codes to keep my site calendar up-to-date, and it’s just plain ugly and has limited functionality. Please get our beautiful and useful Time.ly calendars working again!!

I have the same issue, except I did a huge boo-boo and deleted all my events before restarting the feeds. I will restore from backup, but DAMN this is inconvenient.

Events are imported, but without date/time of the event – they all do in without details. HELP!

    Diane

    NatureCoaster,
Join the club, get in line and take a number. This issue has been going on for a few weeks now. We are all ships without a rudder.

I suggest if you are using a service such as google, to copy your google calendar code directly into your site until this is resolved.

@brin – Can you please provide the feed URL you tried to import. Thanks

    Is there any solution?

    Thanks, Diane
