 * Everything seems to work, redirected to thanks page, but iContact is not receiving
   the information. Are there any instructions for iContact? I took the hidden code
   from the sign-up form and placed in the plugin with no results in iContact.

 * For the form action, try only `https://app.icontact.com/icp/signup.php`. Right
   now, there’s a longer list of attributes attached to it in the setting, which
   is being converted to other characters to not break the html, but in this case,
   it is breaking the form.
