    Can you provide a link to your site with the plugin active?

    Another user was able to get it work using these settings:
    Form action:

    E-mail Field: fields_email

    Hidden Field: `<input type=”hidden” name=”listid” value=”UNIQUE VALUE”>
    <input type=”hidden” name=”specialid:20984″ value=”UNIQUE VALUE”>

    <input type=”hidden” name=”clientid” value=”UNIQUE VALUE”>
    <input type=”hidden” name=”formid” value=”UNIQUE VALUE”>
    <input type=”hidden” name=”reallistid” value=”1″>
    <input type=”hidden” name=”doubleopt” value=”0″>`

    I’m happy to take a look at your site and see if I can suggest better 🙂

    Worked beautifully…the Form Action was the trick! Thanks so much!
