Hey @kleinsascha – Thank you very much for reaching out, as well as for supporting our plugin.
My guess it that it’s only you as a admin, who experiences the issue.
The encoded icon could potentially break the layout in some rare cases. To check if that’s the case, please activate our plugin, head over to the plugin settings and uncheck the box Mark emails on the site as successfully encoded
This causes the successfully encoded icon to disappear, so the link should work as well as expected.
If you want to recheck if the encoding is successful, you can use our site tester for that: https://ironikus.com/email-checker/

Hello @ironikus
many thanks for your answer.
I just tried it, but even with incognito browser, delete all caches and so on – the deactivation of “Mark emails on the site as successfully encoded” does not lead to the solution unfortunately. No matter if logged in or as guest … cross-checked it many times with different browsers.
Only setting the complete page as “Exclude post id’s from protection” shows the Icon correctly, what is really a pity, because exactly this page is really urgent needed to get protected!
Hey @kleinsascha – Thanks for the answer. I tried to reproduce it, but couldn’t make it work. Is it possible you activate it so that I can debug it directly within the browser?
If you do so, please mention me here directly so that we can reduce the time of the broken icon.
Also, it’ll be great if you can share the source code with me, when the link is broken (Right click -> View Page Source)
Thank you already very much.
