Icons not showing; Multisite install failure

I like your tool and will purchase the Premium version if I can solve the first of these two issues:

1. While I can see Font Awesome icons in the live editor, I do not see them in my published test table outside of the editor. I just get boxes. Any idea why this functionality isn’t working for me?

2. I use Multisite WordPress. I cannot activate your plugin using network activate, although I can activate it for individual sites. Is there a way to make this work?
