Hi @kiwimeg,
Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the problem! What browser are you using and which version?
Thanks,
Mary Anne

Hi everyone,
Thanks for reaching out! We’ve determined what’s causing the issue with the icons not loading and will be prioritizing to get this fixed as soon as possible. I will make sure to keep you guys updated once we’re done. Stay tuned! 🙂
Mary Anne
HI Mary Anne,
I am also seeing this problem with Chrome 44.0.2403.125, but not Firefox 39.0 or Safari 10.10.4 on the same computer.
The developer console in Chrome suggests that it is a CORS issue – I get this message in the browser console:
Font from origin ‘http://dsms0mj1bbhn4.cloudfront.net’ has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://newsandviews.zurich.co.uk’ is therefore not allowed access.
Cheers,
Olly
Hi Mary-Anne
The problem was in Chrome.
But I have checked this morning and its displaying correctly in all browsers now.
Cheers
Meg
Hi Meg – that’s great news!
Olly – are you still getting seeing the missing icons on your end?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Mary Anne
Hi Mary Anne,
Yes they are appearing again now.
The response headers from the Cloudfront server which was serving the fonts now contain – maybe this was this issue? I don’t think they were there yesterday.
Access-Control-Allow-Methods:GET, HEAD
Access-Control-Allow-Origin:*
Access-Control-Expose-Headers:ETag
Access-Control-Max-Age:2000
Either way, fixed now!
Cheers,
Olly
Hi Olly,
That’s great news! And yes, the cloudfront server was the issue. 🙂
Let us know if you need help with anything else.
Thanks,
Mary Anne
