    Hi,
WP DOC is a great plugin. I am using it on two sites, but on one of them all icons are missing. I tested without any other plugins and the Twenty Twenty theme but the problem remains. (Normally I am using Divi).
Btw, this page worked before, so the problem may have come after latest release.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi abdulrazzaq4085, they appear on both front-end and back-end. When I remove it from back-end as admin. It pops up again after refresh. I am also unable to delete it from front-end. When I delete it I get: “SORRY YOU CANNOT DELETE THIS FILE”. Please! Do something!

@borake197 Please reach us through Demo Site, so we can test this issue together.

    Thanks,
    Team ibulb.work

@borake197 please update to the latest version and let know if this unknown filetype issue got fixed. Sometimes troubleshooting process takes time, i hope you will understand.

Hi Fahad, I see the unknown file type is fixed. Now me as administrator and my editor are unable to upload and delete from front-end. Check that one too buddy!

Hi Fahad, I forgot to activate the latest version. We’re able to upload and delete! Sorry for not checking those functions before hand. We’re goood now. Thank you very much Fahad and your team. Enjoy your day further my friend.

Your plugin has now PASSED the TESTS! Now you and your team can now start making a lot of cash! Good Luck.

Good Evening Fahad. Can you please enable the editor to create and delete folders from the back-end. Or make it possible for both the editor and admin to do that on a Front-end. You see when the admin is logged in, the plugin is shown under SETTINGS. But not for the editor. If it was like that for the editor, it would’ve been better. The editor should also have access just like admin. Grant the editor access to create and delete folders too. Not only to UPLOAD and DELETE files or attachments.

    I hope this make sense!

@borake197 Please update to the new release, Now we remove the wp docs menu page restriction for the editor, the editor can access the wp docs back end page and can do the stuff as admin.
For other places like file upload & delete from the front-end etc. It will work like before as per defined roles and capabilities in the back end.

    Thanks,
    Freddie

    Good Morning Freddie!

Thank you for your response. When I update to the new release, I get the following error:
    1. Sorry! v.
    2. Please enter your email address and password which you received after purchase.

I used the same email address and password I created when I procured the WP Docs. Please! Help!!

I am unable to ACTIVATE the plugin as an administrator through Automatic Updates plugin. I did not encounter this error before. I used to go to Automatic Updates Plugin Settings, and activate WP Docs without any issues.

@borake197 please make sure you have the latest version of Automatic Updates. If not, allow this plugin to get updates automatically.
