This says I have to pay you for help? Is this correct – you can only help if I pay you for a project?
If it’s not a plugin issue, but a template issue, then we cannot fix it for free as we’re busy with improving our plugin (for free). However we don’t do this to generate any business (this doesn’t really pay the bills) so it’s absolutely fine if you ask somebody else – maybe the creator of your template can help you, or you know somebody else with CSS knowledge?
Note however that if you pick the option “floating”, then you can define exactly where your icons should appear. We integrated this feature last week.
ok I will try and seek help elsewhere and if I can’t resolve it I’ll have to try another plugin I guess, thanks anyway
how do I know if it’s a plugin versus template issue? you didn’t say for sure…?
