I am currently adding ssl to a website and the pages that have the wp-forecast weather widget are being flagged as unsecured. I was wondering if there is a https api available for this plug-in. The icons are being pulled in from an outside http site so that is why it is getting flagged.

I am just trying to weigh the possible solutions at the moment. I have looked into wrapping it in a Iframe, securing the rest of the site except these pages, or try a new weather plug-in entirely. If you know the best way for securing a page using your plugin please let me know.

Trying to use accuweather and css sprites does not solve the problem?

    seems to be resolved

    Hello,

I use weather forcast quite a few years without problems, since a few days is sometimes a warning about the plugin. also update today shows this message:

Warning: getimagesize(wp-forecast//icons/ .gif): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /wp-forecast/wp-forecast-show.php on line 413

Oviously a problem with the weather icons. Do you use css sprites? Does this Warning only occur on special weather situations or on all?

    Thanks

No, I do not use a CSS. Whether this occurs only when the weather conditions, I have not noticed – now I have the widget briefly removed and then added again and the warning is gone.

    okay, good to know, thanks

ok, if the error is back, I will report it
but i think a name of the directory wp-forecast//icons/ .gif
is wrong with // after forecast in forecast-show.php on line 413
