Icons don’t show up

    First when I launched my homepage in December everything was almost good, besides that in Android devices the icons what are on my homepage don’t show up. Instead there are just empty boxes or some other weird icons. I don’t know how to fix it. But now the issue also occurs when to view my homepage on desktop and also on mobile OS. It’s getting really annoying.

     

    Also everytime WP updates it’s plugins then some new strange issue occurs on my homepage. Ex. logo gets misaligned; today my whole front page was messed up for some time on mobile, then went to check it in computer and everything was suddenly fine.

     

    With one of the last plugins automatic update the full width on my page (front page and “Minust”) was reduced randomly and I can’t manage to get it back to full width again. So I turned on some “Stretch” thing in Elementor editor to get the bigger pictures full width and now everytime when I go to my homepage the pictures take forever to go full width and this looks unprofessional. First they have white padding in left and right and then suddenly it goes full width. I want them back in full width without obvious loading 🙁

    And my footer’s logo doesn’t want to stay in normal size on mobile. It gets stretched also all the time, then I go to fix that, then it goes back to normal but then after some time it goes stretched again.

    You know you have the option of Generating code or even different alignments and sizes and fonts for each of the views on mobile desktop and IPad.

    Sometimes that is what is needed. you can click on the mobile desktop or iPad view at the bottom of your Elementor on the left hand side and it will show you a view or a “Page” for that Specific device and you can modify it just for that device.

    Hi @browmaniac,

    That “Stretch thingy“, I think it’s related to the cache. Please try to clear it when you see your site looks weird.

    Regarding the icons that are not showing up, I can see many errors on the browser console when I check your site. Refer to this screenshot, please. I am quite sure that what causes the icons not showing up.

    Further, I don’t think both issue are related to Astra.

    Hi! Thanks for taking a look. Stretch thingy isn’t related to cache, cleared it many times but they still bounce wider after some loading.

    Do I understand correctly that the privacy policy box plugin causes icons not loading?

    Hi @browmaniac, sorry for the long delay.

    I can’t say nothing without checking further. The easiest way to check if a plugin causes an issue is by deactivating it. When you have it deactivated and the issue gets fixed, then yes, the plugin is the culprit.
