Icons are stacked?

Can someone please help me out?

I’m having an issue with the comments be stacked vs tabbed but also the icons are stacked too.

Oddly enough disqus is not working either and to make it worse when I tried to add this to my store, facebook and G+ aren’t working just says loading “network” comments…
