checking again the site I can see various JS errors (maybe due to wrong Autoptimize configuration). In particular JQuery is missing (or moved to the site footer).
Can you please try to configure autopmizie in a different way or temporary disable it to check if after it everything is ok?
It seems jQuery is “pushed down” in the HTML, Autoptimize cannot do that, but I see the site also use “fast velocity minify” and “W3 total cache”, could be a setting in one of those 2? 🙂

Hello, i tried this:
First: i disable the plugin ‘fast velocity miinify’, but doesn´t work.
Second: i enable back ‘fast…’ and disable ‘w3 total cache’, it doesn’t work too.
Third: i enable again ‘w3 total cache’ and disable ‘Autoptimize, but neither work.
I dont know what is happening! 🙁

if in one of the optimization/cache plugin you are using you see something about “move jQuery script to footer”, disable this option. This is the main issue of the website… jQuery should stay in header to be sure that everything work properly
