Icon not responding to click

    Chat icon in bottom-right, not responding to clicks in Chrome or Edge.

    I installed the plugin and then reinstalled it.
    I initially had it associated with one admin account, but needed to switch to another for another to manage the chat.

    It is set to Yes in general and I have the online user box checked in the user account.

    I am running the divi theme.
    Any ideas on what I can do to get it working?

    Hi @emchurley ,
    may you provide us the following information in order to help us investigate the issue.
    1) Which plugin’s version do you use?
    2) What chat mode do you have selected? You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced Features.

    Additionally you can disable other installed plugins one by one and try the WP live chat functionality because it may be a conflict with another plugin or with your’s site theme.

    I needed a chat functioning on the site. So I had to go with another product after you did not answer for a week. They wanted to see how it works before upgrading to pay for it.
    I was using the current version and all of my them and WordPress files were current and yes I tried disabling the plugins before contacting.
