 * Appreciate your efforts. Great plug-in. When I view my document gallery (with
   simply [dg]), I see the actual front page of the PDF document (not very becoming).
   How do I get the Adobe PDF icon or choose another icon for the document? Keep
   reading and re-reading these support posts but don’t see a clear answer. So how
   do I get a PDF icon or any other icon to represent my PDF file in Document Gallery?
   And please don’t ask me to rate your plug-in, show me the donate button.

 * You just need to change `[dg]` to `[dg fancy=false]` in order to remove the icon
   generation.
