    I’m using the free version. In Menu Themes/Mobile Menu/Toggle Bar Designer, I would like to change the Open Icon and Closed Icon but I don’t know how. I have tried typing HTML numbers in the blank field but it does not change (eg. + for the + sign).

    If I cannot make the changes here, can I do it with CSS? If so, how? Thank you

    Hi dee,

    The icons should show in a dropdown, like this:

    If that is not what you’re seeing, please can you try disabling all plugins – see if it works? If it does, enable plugins one by one until you find the one that breaks it. If you could let me know which plugin causes the issue I will see if there is a compatibility fix I can make.

    hi Tom, thanks for the quick resonse. It looks like it’s OceanWP theme. I switched to TwentySeventeen and it worked OK. Is there any way I can get it working for OceanWP (child). Thanks

    Hi Dee,

    Thanks for tracking that down. I’ve installed OceanWP. The problem is actually with the “OceanWP Extra” plugin, and I’ve reported it here:

    In the mean time, you can disable Ocean WP Extra, apply your icon, then re-enable Ocean WP Extra.

    Hi Dee,

    You’re welcome. I’ll set this to resolved, the Ocean WP Extras plugin seems to be regularly updated, so I’m fairly confident they will implement a fix.
