Have you tried enabling / disabling “Load Fontawesome Icons” options in plugins settings page.

I can see that your website is loading font-awesome 4, but currently, only font-awesome 5 is supported. I will update the plugin soon to support font-awesome 4 too.

I have WordPress 5.8.1.
I fixed the issue by installing the plugin Font Awesome. However, your plugin should work without it.

Yes. Icons are working ok on desktop mode but its not displaying in mobile view.

Your icons are visible in mobile view too ( tested in browser and actual device ). Have you made any other changes from your side?

Please try disabling all plugins and re-activate them one by one. See if any specific plugin or theme is causing the error.
