Icon and reg form issues with move from sub to primary domain

    I have just moved a WP site from a sub-domain to the primary public folder. All appears OK other than a couple of aspects in FE-Users. The icons (home, email etc) are not appearing and the option to show or hide fields in the reg form is not working on the user front-end. Changes are showing in the admin panel but not on the web page itself. Any thoughts please?

    Hi chob,

    Could you please clarify on what icons you are talking about and where these icons are? If you have images that are not showing, it’s likely that they are still referencing your old site URL. Have a look at the source code (i.e. “Inspect”) to see if this is the case.

    Which option are you talking about for the showing/hiding fields? The option that is available when creating or editing a field is called “Show in User Profile” and is for just that, showing and hiding the field on the user profile page, not for showing and hiding fields on the registration form.
