 * I am trying to export the bookings made in this plugin to a google calendar. 
   I did as instructed and appointments are showing, but are not the right time 
   or time length. I tried changing the timeslot size for ical in the plugin to 
   120 and the time zone to adjust for the inaccuracy, but still not working.
 * Any ideas?

 * You don’t need to change the timeslot size for the iCal, what you need to adjust
   is the settings field labeled “iCal timezone difference vs server time” that 
   is located in the “Form Builder Settings & Troubleshoot Area” below the list 
   of calendars.
