IBM Watson is down. The plugin does not deliver any responses. Furthermore, when I log in to IBM and click on “My IBM” I get the error message: “Sorry, we cannot display all your products and services. However, you can access the subscriptions that are currently displayed. We are working to resolve this issue. Please try again later.” I can’t access my chat boot on IBMs site. Perhaps this is the wrong support forum to ask for support because I suspect the error might not be with the WordPress plugin but rather with IBM’s service. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

    No problem here.

Update: I managed to chat with IBM support. It seems I have migrated my instance to resource group (after an email recommending this). After the migration I have to use the api key for authentication instead of username and password. This means:

    Username: apikey

API Key: (Look under “Service credentials” in your Watson service. You will find your service here: https://cloud.ibm.com/resources)

After changing this all works fine again. If you need to chat with IBM support: https://cloud.ibm.com/unifiedsupport/supportcenter (click at the bottom on “Chat with a support agent”)
Please note that IBM support does not help with the WordPress plugin but they helped me understand the problem and then it was easy to fix it in the plugin setup.
