    We told you that you wanted to abandon the contract, as the law says we have 15 days for reflection. The fact is one of my team made a mistake being your unlimited licence. I would like to get our money back.

    If you don’t accept to respect the law, please at least, give us our invoice, it was impossible to find it.

    AND PLEASE, DON’T CLOSE THE TICKET ON PURPOSE BEFORE TO RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM AS YOU DID BEFORE
